I write about the ways systemic decisions shape personal realities, from healthcare access and economic disparity to generational trauma and cultural erasure.

At the same time, I offer grounded practices in self-care and collective healing, because liberation must include restoration. The series also highlights timely historical accounts and connects them to current movements, policies, and cultural shifts affecting Black and Brown society in real time. Black Canvas Chronicles is my way of holding space for truth, resistance, and reflection — a record of our present shaped by the wisdom of our past.
